Brogdale Collections will play host to 12 exclusive master class workshops throughout 2020, alongside well known Great British Bake Off finalist Jane Beedle.
The Culinary Creations Masterclass will complement the amazing array of rural crafts and creative workshops hosted at the Brogdale Collections venue in Faversham.
Jane’s baking skillset hit the limelight in 2016 on BBC Bake Off. Those who have been lucky enough to see her demonstrations at the many events held at Brogdale will no doubt admire her creations.
Enthusiasts and beginners alike can now join Jane and, learn to cook with ingredients from the National Fruit Collection and discover how to preserve fruits and vegetables. From compotes to chutneys, pickles to preserves, you’ll be guided by Jane each and every step of the way and make friends with like minded people as you learn.
Sara Smile, Operations Manager at Brogdale comments, “We are so thrilled to be working with Jane Beedle again this year. Her kids’ cookery classes were so popular last summer we thought we had to include the Mums and Dads as well this year.”
The line up of courses runs from February to November, with classes held on Thursday evenings and Sunday mornings. Classes will include; Vodka, Vinegars and Veg, Lemony Loveliness, Jams and Chutneys , rounding off the year with Stir up Sunday.
