To access the free TV, patients will need to register either as a “guest” or with their own details.
All staff or patients have to do is pick up the telephone handset, once the pre-amble message starts press *29 and hang up, the bedside unit should then come on as a guest registration.
If patients then want to purchase additional TV time or films then they will need to register their details, either by following the on screen instructions or going through to a dedicated advisor within Hospedia’s call centre.
