Children of all ages can take part in fun and games at the Crystal Leisure Centre during the half term holidays.
The Dudley Council owned facility in Bell Street, Stourbridge, will be hosting a jam packed week of fun.
The Leisure pool, complete with slides, bubble seat and rapids, is open every day with free swimming offered to children aged 16 and under who have registered for the council’s scheme, search ‘freeswimindudley
Free swimming is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm for families only and 1pm to 5pm for public swimming. Saturday and Sunday the Leisure Pool will open for public swimming from 9am to 5pm.
An hour-long trampolining session for children under five years will run at 9am on Tuesday 29 October at a cost of £5.20 per child. Children aged five to 15 can take part in one of the beginner’s classes at 10am and 11am. Parents must be present at the under fives’ lessons and all classes must be booked in advance.
Crafty children aged five to 8 can get creative with spooky crafts on Tuesday 29 October from 11am. The hour long session costs £5 and must be booked in advance.
Get bouncing on Wednesday 30 October with the Big Bounce Inflatable Halloween event. Sessions take place at 10am, 11.45, 1.30 and 3.15pm in the giant arena filled with inflatable wipeout games, slides, assault courses and more. Sessions cost £7 for children and £1 for adults + booking fee, adults must supervise but can’t go on the equipment. Suitable for children aged two to 13. Inclusive Activezone returns on Thursday 31 October, 10am – 12pm (5-8yrs) and 1pm – 4pm (8-16yrs) offering fun sports for children with learning or physical disabilities and their siblings / friends. Activities include trampolining, bouncy castle, dodgeball, volleyball, parachute games and multi sports. It’s free to attend, but booking is essential. Youngsters aged seven and under can crawl, step, or run their way around the soft play suite throughout the holidays. Qualified staff supervise the area, but parents must remain with their children. A crèche facility is also available at the centre. Parents are asked to check opening times before their visit.
