Solihull Travelodge Review

Located at the heart of Solihull, this hotel is comfortable and affordable. I stayed in a double SuperRoom at Solihull Travelodge Hotel on Saturday 14th December. The room inside included, a huge double bed, an open wardrobe with space to hang your clothes, a desk with a lamp, coffee machine and loads of coffee and tea’s to choose from. The bathroom was spacious and included a shower with soap and shampoo. A hairdryer was also available, along with an iron and ironing board.

The room itself was exceptionally clean, with pure white bed sheets, four luxuriously soft pillows and two comfortable sized chairs, where you can sit and relax. There was also a wide screen TV displayed on the wall that featured over 700 channels, allowing you to wide down and relax while watching your favourite movie or TV shows.

The reception area has a bar and restaurant, where customers can choose from a variety of different foods and drinks, including pizza’s, pasta’s, sandwiches and various alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages. A Breakfast buffet is also provided, which includes eggs, mushrooms, beans, white and brown bread, hash browns, yoghurts and a variety of cereals. There is also apple and orange juice available as well as tea and coffee.

The hotel is easily accessible for everyone as there are lifts and stairs available on each floor.

The Travelodge Hotel is situated near Solihull train station, which is a five-minute walk from the hotel and Solihull city centre, where you can visit the famous Touchwood shopping centre that holds over 100 retail stores.

The customer service was incredible, as the hotel staff were easily approachable and are prepared to help you with all of your queries and concerns.
