Walsall youngsters Callum Cockerill-Mollett and Alfie Bates met children at Walsall FC Community Programme’s Soccer Schools last Thursday.
The Saddlers stars joined the children at the stadium astro turf as they took part in matches to end the fifth week of summer courses.
They follow skipper James Clarke and midfielder Stuart Sinclair, who attended earlier in the summer.
Sinclair said: “It’s what it’s all about really isn’t it? You love doing this as a kid so it’s good for us to be able to come down, join in with them and have some fun.
Clarke added: “It’s brilliant having this facility as well. They can play in view of the stadium so it gives them something to be inspired by too.”
Walsall FCCP have a final week of Soccer Schools running at the Banks’s Stadium next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9am – 3pm) for 6-14 year-old boys and girls.
Places are still available – for more information visit www.walsallfccp.co.uk/schools, or to book on your child please email martin.manley@walsallfc.co.uk.
